The collaborative law is an alternative method of conflict resolution, focused on the needs and interests of the parties, by separating the person from the problem and making them participants in the search for and adoption of an agreed solution... It is a process that is used to resolve legal matters (such as divorce) without having to reach the courts.

The collaborative law consists of a novel methodology designed to reach out-of-court solutions to disputes between parties, mediating those professionals that the conflict required ( lawyers, architects, psychologists,. ) all of them with a high level of specialization, involvement and commitment to achieve the most satisfactory solution for both parties.
